About the role
You’ll drive measurable, sustainable growth across paid, lifecycle, and web. You’ll lean heavily on AI for creative, copy variants, and analysis — running more experiments than a traditional team ever could, honestly and on-brand.
What you'll do
- Own paid acquisition and lifecycle (email/push) end to end
- Run a high-velocity experiment program across channels
- Use AI tools to generate and iterate creative, copy, and analysis
- Own funnel metrics, attribution, and reporting
- Partner with product and design on landing pages and onboarding
What we're looking for
- 4+ years in growth/performance marketing, ideally fintech or app
- Strong analytical and experimentation skills
- Fluent with AI tools for marketing workflows
- Hands-on with ad platforms and lifecycle tooling
- Clear, honest, plain-language communication
Nice to have
- SQL or comfort in analytics tools
- Multi-market / multi-language growth experience
- Content or brand chops
