About the role
You’ll keep the operational engine running and make it better as we scale, using automation and AI to remove manual toil from reconciliation and exception handling.
What you'll do
- Own reconciliation and settlement across partners and rails
- Investigate and resolve payment exceptions quickly
- Define and track operational SLAs and metrics
- Automate manual work with tooling and AI where it helps
- Improve processes as we add partners and currencies
What we're looking for
- Experience in payments or banking operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfort with data and spreadsheets; SQL a plus
- Calm under pressure with sharp attention to detail
- Clear written communication
Nice to have
- Experience with multiple rails (ACH, SEPA, SWIFT, cards)
- Process-automation experience
- Multi-currency operations
