About the role
You’ll own design for whole product areas and help define our visual language. Expect to design AI-assisted experiences (smart insights, assistant, categorisation), prototype quickly with AI tools, and sweat the details that build trust.
What you'll do
- Own design for entire product areas, end to end
- Turn complex financial flows into simple, clear interfaces
- Design AI-powered experiences that feel helpful, not gimmicky
- Build and maintain the design system with engineering
- Prototype, test, and iterate with real users
What we're looking for
- A portfolio of shipped, polished product work
- Strong interaction and visual craft
- Systems thinking and component-library fluency
- Comfort using AI tools in your design workflow
- Clear, async communication
Nice to have
- Fintech or other trust-critical domains
- Motion / prototyping depth
- Front-end literacy
