About the role
You’ll define where AI creates real value for customers and the business, and ship it responsibly. You’ll partner closely with the AI/Data team, design, and risk to turn powerful models into simple, trustworthy product.
What you'll do
- Set and drive the AI product roadmap end to end
- Translate model capabilities into clear, valuable customer experiences
- Define success metrics, evals, and guardrails with the AI team
- Balance impact, cost, latency, and risk in every decision
- Partner with risk and compliance on responsible AI
What we're looking for
- 4+ years in product management, ideally on data/AI products
- Strong product sense and crisp written communication
- Comfort reasoning about models, evals, and trade-offs
- Track record of shipping measurable outcomes
- Customer-obsessed and pragmatic
Nice to have
- Fintech or payments experience
- Hands-on with LLM products and evaluation
- Experience with regulated or trust-critical products
