About the role
You’ll craft the interfaces people trust with their money. Expect pixel-level care, real performance budgets, and a design system you help shape — plus shipping AI-powered surfaces like insights and the assistant, and using AI dev tools to move quickly.
What you'll do
- Build polished, accessible UI across web (and React Native where needed)
- Turn complex financial flows into simple, fast interfaces
- Ship AI-powered surfaces (insights, assistant, smart search) with great UX
- Maintain and extend the design system with design and engineering
- Own performance, accessibility, and quality of what you ship
What we're looking for
- 5+ years building production frontends with React/TypeScript
- Strong eye for detail, motion, and accessibility
- Experience with performance and Core Web Vitals
- Fluent with AI-assisted development
- Async, written-first communication
Nice to have
- Next.js and modern rendering experience
- Fintech or other trust-critical product experience
- Design-systems leadership
